Here’s how to measure yourself or your student, please make sure not to compress, squeeze, or pull the tape measure tight for accurate measurements.

1. The chest
   Measure around the bust at its widest point.
   
2. The XXXXX
   Measure around the waist, at the same height as the model’s belly button.
   
3. The Hips?
   Measure around the hips, at the widest point of the model’s hips.
   

    

4. The Girth
   Measure from the model’s shoulder, down between the model’s legs, and up their back to the shoulder. 
5. The Arm
   Measure from the top of the model’s shoulder to the knuckles of their hand.
